In general, the provision of services does not require the prior subscription or registration of the users. Nevertheless, Buscocuidador conditions the use of some of the services to the prior filling out of the corresponding user registry form that is available for those that wish to register.
The password that the user chooses can be modified at a later stage. The user is committed to storing and using it with due diligence.
Buscocuidador will always assign the identity code (email) selected by the user as long as it hasn’t been selected previously by another user. The use of the password is personal and non-transferrable. The transfer of the password to third parties is not allowed, not even temporarily. In this sense, the user should adopt the necessary measures for the safe-keeping of the password selected by them, avoiding its use by third parties. Consequently, the user is the only person responsible for the use of the system that is carried out under the password, with complete indemnity for Buscocuidador. Should the user know or suspect that their password is being used by third parties, they should notify Buscocuidador as soon as possible.
The registry will be carried out in the way that is expressly indicated in the service itself or in the Specific Conditions that, in this case, regulate it.
All of the information that is provided by the user through the services should be true. To this effect, the user guarantees the authenticity of all of the information that is provided by them as a consequence of filling out the required forms for service subscription.
Similarly, it will be the responsibility of the user to maintain all of the information provided to Buscocuidador permanently updated, so that it reflects the real situation of the user at all times. In any case, the user will be the only person responsible for false or incorrect declarations and for the subsequent damages caused to Buscocuidador or to third parties.
In conformity with Buscocuidador’s anti-spamming policy, the user is obliged to refrain from using and collecting information from the distribution lists, which they can access through the information and services contained in the web page, for carrying out activities for promotional and advertising purposes. This includes sending communications of any kind and through any format that have not been requested or previously agreed upon by Buscocuidador and/or interested parties.
The user that intentionally or guiltily breaches any of the previous obligations will be responsible for all of the damages and losses incurred.
