1. We analyse your needsWe get in touch with you to understand the needs of the person that will be looked after and the required services (timetable, care worker profile and conditions) providing personalised advice where necessary. We also explain how we work and the price for each service.
2. We select the care workerWe select the care worker that best adapts to your needs. All of the care workers have passed through a selection process including a personal interview. Their professional references have also been checked.
3. Meet the care workerWe introduce to the family the care worker that best adapts to the profile and care conditions required. If the selected person does not pass the 30 day trial period, or should an incident occur during this time, we will introduce you to another candidate without any additional cost.
4. We deal with the administrative issues and paperworkWhere necessary, we deal with all the administrative issues and paperwork required to start the service.

Important: these fees will be paid once the interview has been carried out between the family and the selected care worker. If the selected person does not pass the 2 months trial period, we will select another candidate without any additional cost. These prices do not include the 21% VAT which will be applied to the final price.
